ClearChoice — TAG family-of-brands footer strip MR !103 preview

The exact strip GitLab MR !103 puts a VWO kill-switch around. Built from the branch's verbatim CSS + the approved brand PNGs. Testing / review only.

What MR !103 changes

The strip's design is unchanged. !103 adds a VWO feature-flag kill-switch, nothing else: default = strip shows exactly as below (global on every page, per Erin Karr); flipping the flag hides it site-wide with no redeploy (Constantin Pojoga's review ask). So there is no new design to approve — this is the existing strip, confirmed faithful to Figma node 2278:12.

Note: !103 touches the footer strip, not the site header. The header is a separate branch.
